by foreseeing this production's contribution to government incentives for solar panel manufacturers starting with energy producers
and its positive effect on the growth of the solar energy production sector and industry by filling the deficiency of the domestic product
by reducing the importing costs of domestic PV module manufacturers that rely on import for machinery and equipment
by ensuring domestic capital stays within the country.
